Beyond the lettered blocks, the master plan sets aside a full Commercial Zone near the western entrance, right next to a hospital plot and an apartments section, so essential services sit close to the main entry point rather than deep inside the residential area. A separate strip of commercial apartments also runs along the eastern boundary near Block C.
A few things stand out when you look at the plan as a whole:
- Roads are wide and clearly graded — the main boulevard (Road M-3) is 150 feet wide in places, with internal streets ranging from 40 feet to 80 feet, which keeps traffic manageable even as the society fills up.
- Green space is spread throughout, not just around the edges — nearly every block has its own park or green belt built into the design.
- A mosque and school are placed centrally in Block D, close to the Society Office, so residents from most blocks aren’t too far from either.
- Plot sizes vary a lot by block, from compact 5 marla plots in Block F to sprawling 4 kanal plots in Block G — so the master plan really does offer something across different budgets and lifestyle preferences.
