The NOC of Park View City, which was issued on 11-01-2021, had been suspended through the judgment of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) passed in WP No. 3877/2019. After much hard work, the Supreme Court of Pakistan reissued the NOC and LOP for PVC on 20-10-2022.
